Thoughts for today : I had a rant here for today but siteground has lost it. Woo for them. Workout Super Hula Hoop - 6 mins Boxing - 12 mins Running - 40 mins After my workout a literally collapsed on my bed and woke up sort of happy but generally confused and tired several hours later. Foods I've been having more healthy food but I don't think it's helping. Bags of nuts and dried fruit enblasened with 'healthy!' should come with a warning. One being 'you are going to shit yourself inside out if you eat all of this' and another telling you 'this is sugar and fat, fatty'. I also had a yoghurt for dinner at work today. I don't think I've done that since I was forced to in junior school. It had bits in it aswell. Something I've despised and made faces around ever since I knew of them is bits in drinks and yoghurts. This wasn't too bad but the yoghurt which was already a yoghurt also had 'light' on it so I felt like an arse, dragging it from the work fridge to my desk of displeasure.
